HR transactional services are a critical business support function where precision and timing are vital and 99% accuracy is not acceptable to internal and external customers. The industry is burdened by complex processes, a multitude of transactions and tasks and constant changes to government legislation, employment law and local HR policies that ultimately affect the performance of these processes.
