Ethics is behaviour and respect given to people and the environment. A business can be ethical if it behaves in a fashion not because it is legal, but because it is right.
Our business ethics policy is to treat our customers and colleagues as we expect to be treated ourselves by making business decisions having first asked ourselves....'How would we want to be treated in this situation?'
One example of our commitment to fair and ethical treatment of our customers is the fact we are registered with the Information Commissioner and agree to abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 in our treatment and use of customer data. Any use made of the data will be in accordance with this act and the points stated on the Legal page you see during the sign up process for the questionnaires.
