- Passionate about customer service.
- Prompt, reliable professional, who acts at all times with diplomacy, tact and discretion.
Skills
- Solid business analytical skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- In depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and procedures.
- Experience of mapping and re-engineering HR and Payroll processes using MS Visio.
- Experience of several HR and Payroll systems.
- Excellent MS Office software skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate workshops to gather information and drive solutions.
- Ability to create HR and Payroll service SLA's and KPI's.
- Knowledge of Outsourcing / Insourcing.
- Ideally some experience of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies or be a qualified Green or Black belt.
- Ideally some experience of Project Management, or possess a relavent qualification.
