Transact HR Director Paul Rains receiving his 'highly commended', award for IPP Person of the year 2008 from the IPP CEO at this years Institute of Payroll Professionals annual conference in Brighton.
"Paul has won this award for his tireless commitment towards the payroll profession and the improvement of standards, particularly in processes and systems, which are his key strengths.
