This introduction to Lean Six Sigma will provide a framework to help HR professionals to become more credible within their own organisation by helping them to identify the root cause of any business issue, suggest sustainable solutions and measure bottom line success.
The workshop will highlight some of the common and most successful tools and techniques used in a Lean Six Sigma project. Delegates will be encouraged to share personal experiences and learn from each other's successes.
The final session will involve delegates working together in teams to solve a business issue using the tools and techniques they have learnt.
