We use established and trusted methods of documenting all your HR processes. Our professional flowcharting software permits charts to be published to MS PowerPoint or as a web page to an Intranet or Internet site. They also offer drill down capabilities to lower levels, linking detailed processes to high level processes. There are 4 types of charts that we produce.
SIPOC templates are used in Six Sigma projects to identify at a very high level, all the Suppliers, Inputs, Processes, Outputs and Customers involved in each particular step of the process. They are used initially as a template to design the more detailed flowcharts that track all the transactions involved with that process.
Process diagrams are a simplified but key component of Operational Definitions, they display visually which part of a process a specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) refers to.
All our detailed HR process flowcharts are professionally designed using professional flowcharting software as mentioned above. They display visually the detailed process steps to follow. In some cases they identify the time it should take to complete the task and whether or not the activity is valued adding.
Swim lanes give the customer instant visibility of the transport activity in any HR process as transactions move from one department / person to another. These too can be published to the web or as MS PowerPoint presentations.
