PR Brighton Our unique 1 day Project Management workshop for Payroll and HR professionals offers delegates an introduction to the key principal tools and techniques that can be used throughout the various phases of a Payroll / HR Project.

The workshop focuses on how project managment skills can be used by Payroll / HR professionals to become more credible by helping them identify the real root cause of business issues, suggest and deliver workable and sustainable solutions. It will aso explore ways of them becoming more proactive and courageous, by understanding what the business really needs to do to be successful in today's market place.

This interactive workshop will follow in logical sequence the 4 phases (Initiation, Planning, Management and Closure) of a project and will provide delegates with the knowledge, tools and techniques to: -

Identify Payroll / HR business issues that could be improved by a project.
Create a Business Case to obtain project funding.
Plan the appropriate resources and activities to deliver a succesful project outcome.
Manage change, project issues and risks.
Put control methods in place that are aligned to overal business strategy, to effectively monitor and measure the success of the project to ensure customer and shareholder value is not compromised.

Workshops are usually held at the customer's site but can be held at our Coventry or London offices and can accommodate up to 12 delegates. Cost £299 (plus VAT) per delegate.
