Our unique 2 day Lean Six Sigma for HR Professionals workshop offers delegates an introduction to the key principal tools and techniques that can be used throughout the various phases in a Lean Six Sigma HR process improvement project.

The workshop focuses on how Lean Six Sigma can be used to help HR Professionals become more credible by helping them identify the real root cause of business issues, suggest workable and sustainable solutions and measure bottom line success. It will aso explore ways of them becoming more proactive and courageous, by understanding what the business really needs to do to be successful in today's market place.     

The workshop will follow in logical sequence the 5 phases (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) of a Lean Six Sigma project and will provide delegates with the knowledge, tools and techniques to: -

• Identify business issues before they impact customers and the bottom line.
• Identify People / Processes / Systems responsible and validate your theories using sample data.
• Establish true root cause of a business problem and design innovative solutions that are best suited to resolving the root cause that delight customers and increase profitability
• Put control methods in place that are aligned to overal business strategy, to effectively monitor and measure the success of these solutions to ensure customer and shareholder value is not compromised.          

Workshops are usually held at the customer's site but can be held at our Coventry office and can accommodate up to 10 delegates. Cost £695 (plus VAT) per delegate.
