Our unique 2 day HR Lean Six Sigma workshops for HR transactional services offer delegates the opportunity to learn the key principal non statistical tools and techniques that can be used throughout the various phases in a Lean Six Sigma HR process improvement project.
The workshop focuses on realistic transactional HR issues with unique HR related examples and exercises to follow. The workshop is interactive with delegates expected to participate fully and complete some pre-work relating to an HR process they are familiar with before attending the workshop.
The workshop will follow in logical sequence the 5 phases (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) of a Lean Six Sigma project and will cover topics such as Problem & Goal statements, CTQ trees, Data Worlds, SIPOC, Service Specifications, KPI's, Process Diagrams, 1st Pass Analysis, Sigma Levels, Lean Measures, The 5 laws of Lean, The 7 wastes, Value Stream and Time Mapping, FMEA and SPC charts.
Workshops are usually held at the customer's site but can be held at our Coventry office and can accommodate up to 10 delegates.
